**About the opportunity**:
We're currently looking for a Scrum Master for an
opportunity with a direct contractual link with an US based company in the
automotive sector.

Our client has more than 700 persons in their development
teams all around the world, split between their teams in Mexico, USA, Spain,
Asia, etc.

Currently we're recruiting Scrum Masters to join their
development hub in Spain (Seville or Madrid).

Tasks
- Be responsible for at least 2 agile squads.
- Ensure that the scrum team/agile squad is successful.
- Mediate the general conflict of goals between development teams and the PO.
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Dailies, Refinements, Planning, Review, Retrospective, etc.
- Coach the team into working in Scrum making sure the process is understood by all team members before execution.
- Collect all the information from the retrospective to improve next projects.
- Review and maintain Jira Board Input.
- Train PO if necessary: Creating user stories, release organization
- Analyze and present metrics to show scrum team progress, gaps to resolve, velocity.
- Establish a good relationship with the rest of the Scrum Masters to share best practices.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- English Fluency.
- Live in Spain or availability of relocation to Spain (Madrid or Seville).

**Nice to have but not mandatory**:

- Experience in other methodologies (Less, Kanban,

XP, etc.)
- Technical Skills/Background in development or

testing.
