As a Scrum Master you will have the responsibility for coaching and facilitating the work of Agile teams. You will create stable and self-organized teams with a clear and engaging direction and help resolve impediments. Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.Consult the Product Owner in arranging the Product Backlog to maximize value. Lead the respective teams in its Scrum adoption.Always find ways to improve workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team's effectiveness.Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.What you bringAgile mindset and different Agile tools, methods, and knowledge. Degree or equivalent professional experience.Relevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, transformation, change management and consultancy business.Experience in change management and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP. Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and MiroStrong coordination skills and willingness to take on responsibilities.
