Location: Madrid.

Residence and work permit in Spain are mandatory. Job Responsibilities:Promoting and supporting Scrum practices by helping everyone to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.Mandatory Skills:Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a team.Knows when to use other agile practices to improve team mindset (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc).Focused on the importance of self-learning & improvement.Challenging the status quo securing support from high level management to Agile mindset and practices.
