As a Scrum Master at Derivco Sports, you will be a Facilitator for an Agile development team, working within a specialised mixed group of Developers and QA focused on the build and implementation of highly innovative tools for Sports Traders to manage, monitor, and view sports betting activity.
As the Scrum Master for this talented and motivated team, you will facilitate team meetings and scrum ceremonies such as:
Daily stand-upsBacklog discussionsRequirements planning sessionsProduct reviews and demosRetrospectivesProduct and feature breakdown sessionsCapacity planning and estimation sessionsWhat you need to succeed: Experience of working within an Agile Scrum environment, in a Scrum Master roleAn advocate of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, TDD, DDD)Understand the fundamentals of software developmentScrum Master certificationGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, team dynamics and conflict resolutionCan differentiate between Agile methodologies and Agile frameworksExperience working with development teams in alternative methodologies (Lean, Kanban, XP etc.
