Scrum Master

Job Description: As a scrum master, your objective will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, taking metrics that allow measuring execution, detecting inefficiencies in the way the team works, reporting to senior management on the evolution of the product and ensuring the punctuality and quality of the deliverables.We need someone like you to help us in different areas: Maintain a backlog in Jira according to the product owner's specifications, correctly updated and aligned with the team Identify and maintain dependency management (internal and with third parties) based on business requirements Identify and manage the deployment of issues Generation of metrics Organize the ceremonies specific to the sprint: planning, dailys, refinements, reviews and retrospectives.· Maintain a product governance where both the product owner and the functional report as well as the hierarchical report in COO are aware of the status, risks and dependencies of the product.Coordinate globally the gathering of requirements and implementation of products.Collaborate in the product team in search of continuous improvement.Candidate requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional banking.Education: Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Business Administration.Skills & Knowledge: English (C1) and Spanish (C1) Agile methodologies Transactional banking SWIFT messaging, ISO20022 Basic programming knowledge Advanced level Microsoft office (especially Excel)
