We operate under the agile brilliance of Scrum, enhanced by bi-weekly sprints and a guiding Scrum Master.
Scrum MasterLead and support our development teams through the Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader, coaching and guiding multiple Agile development teams.Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed and continuously improved.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.Remove impediments and obstacles to help the team meet their commitments.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.Promote a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-organization within the teams.Requirements: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification preferred.Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.Experience with software development or payment services is a plus.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience and proven team management experience.Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Opportunity for professional growth and development in a Fintech company.
