We expect that a Scrum Master in our organization helps us implement and evolver our agile practice by facilitating Scrum Events, administrating the Scrum board, manage individual interactions with the development team and other stakeholders, provide consultancy on continuous improvement, reporting to all stakeholders and eliminating external and internal blockers.Knowledge, Skills and Experience7 years+ Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead experience gained from development of complex software.Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.Strong communication skills – both written, oral and presentation in English, and professional proficiency in preparing and presenting projects to stakeholders.Strong collaboration and teamwork – know how to lead with full accountability and be part of the team with full motivation.Strong interpersonal skills and focus on internal / external customer satisfaction.Ability to work autonomously driven by the success metrics. Used to work under tight time pressure, great sense of priority management.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the development of in-scope products in-line with product backlog priorities and the roadmap.Championing all Scrum events and ensuring they are positive, productive, and time-boxed.Working closely with Product Owner to refine and groom product backlog items, in order to have sufficient details ready for development Sprint.Orchestrating the work of the Scrum team during sprint and being responsible for the output.Facilitating impediment removal during Sprint.Champion and lead the implementation of continuous improvement.Qualifications QualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or other related field.What you'll bringA Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in enabling Agile teams to reach their highest level of productivity, fulfillment, and delivery
