Infotel is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Barcelona.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in implementing and ensuring the adoption of Agile principles and practices within our organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the effective use of Scrum processes and support our goal of delivering high-quality software products.Key responsibilities include: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews Coaching and mentoring the development team in agile practices and the adoption of Scrum Identifying and removing any impediments or barriers that may hinder the team from reaching their sprint goals Collaborating with product owners to ensure the product backlog is properly maintained, prioritized, and refined Monitoring and tracking the team's progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders, and addressing any risks or issues If you are a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile software development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Scrum Master certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Bilingual: Spanish and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
