Your main responsibilities: Being responsible for coaching up to two teams and empower them to become self-organized, performant teams. Maintain a healthy atmosphere and well-being within the teams.
Helping the teams to improve their ways of working, to be efficient, effective, and to work at a sustainable pace. Promote a culture that embraces change and values experimentation and innovation.
Helping the teams and the company to increase collaboration, predictability, and transparency enabling the teams to make quick and sustainable decisions, guide them in identifying and managing risks.
Organizing and facilitating productive and effective meetings, agile ceremonies, and workshops. Living a learning and open feedback culture. You mentor development team members on Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum principles and best practices.
Sharing your knowledge and actively participate in our Department, ART's Scrum Master Community, etc., contributing to the delivery excellence of the Diabetes Care Platform ART in collaboration with the other Scrum Masters and the RTE.
Who are you:You have at least 3 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master & at least 5 years of experience within product development. You have experience with various methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe & Technical background: experience in working in software development. Certifications are a plus.
You have great written and verbal communication skills in English.
You have interpersonal, problem-solving skills, compelling storytelling, presentation skills, and influencing abilities, the ability to recognize and aid the resolution of team and cross-team conflicts and impediments.
Tact, diplomacy, and cooperation skills as well as an attentive and empathic nature.
Bonus Skills:Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum – including training and participation in conferences, user groups, podcasts, etc.
Experience on a Team of Teams level.
Experience in guiding and mentoring other Scrum Masters by sharing your expertise and helping them to grow.
Knowledge of DevOps, Security, and Privacy principles and best practices.
Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device industry and/or highly regulated environments.
