They help educate the team in SAFe, Scrum, and Behavior-Driven Development, ensuring the agreed Agile process is followed. They also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. In addition, this role also requires traditional project management skills (Waterfall) The Scrum Masters/project assist their teams in meeting delivery goals. They coach teams in self-organization and self-management and help them coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events, for example, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective. They aim to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization.Responsibilities:The ADP GlobalView Scrum Master fulfills several essential obligations in performing the role as described, but not limited to, belowFacilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning by working with other Scrum Masters and the Business Owner; Works on preparation for PI Planning, Draft PI Plans, Coordinates with other teams, creates team PI Objectives, and reviews final plansSupports Iteration Execution by, not limited to, facilitating successful ScrumXP Events, for example, Backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily Stand-up meetings, and Iteration RetrospectiveLead all project phases, from business case/initiation to closureDirect day-to-day activities of projects within a matrix organizationDirect project timeliness and budgetsFoster communication between teams working on your projects and motivateLead communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the completion of the projectsExperience/Skills:Growth mindsetCertified scrum master (preferred)Knowledge of Agile Frameworks and principlesUnderstanding of the Behavior-Driven Design PrinciplesUnderstanding Kanban board and planning Deep knowledge of GlobalView Payroll and/or Global Workforce Management SolutionAbility to influence and lead Agile team to drive resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with project management tools and structured methodologiesPMP or equivalent professional project management certification a plusJob DetailsJob Type: Permanent-FT (AC Only)Salaried: Salaried
