Your role will require coordination, following-up, and collaborating to bring the team members closer together and operating as one.

Foster a trusting environment where team members can raise issues without fear of blame.

Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Lead team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Support the use of planning tools for tracking progress of User Stories and Features.

Assist with communication to improve transparency and radiate information.
