Your Responsibilities:
Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
Work with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making.
Use Scrum methods to get teams to a high performing level and enable change where required to produce consistently high performing delivery teams.
Work with Product Owners to refine backlog.
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Technical Requirements:
Good knowledge of Agile implementations - variations like Scrum, Kanban, Lean and identify what suits best for the team.
Working knowledge of implementing Agile at various levels of maturity.
Working knowledge of JIRA.
Experience in working in multiple teams - facilitating Scrum of Scrums and its variations in teams.
Help teams realize dependencies early in the day and resolve them.
English is a nice to have.
