Ready to start your next adventure with us?YOUR TEAMAs a Scrum Master, you will be a key facilitator for one of our highly skilled cross-functional teams based in Alicante. You will guide the team in developing new features for our Cybersecurity product using Scrum methodologies. You will also foster collaboration with developers from Poland and Denmark within fully integrated Scrum teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving the further development of our product by ensuring the team's adherence to Scrum principles and removing any impediments that may hinder their progress.Your ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with Product Owners and Development Teams on the further development of our product by encouraging and supporting the teams to self-manage their iterations.Helping to build a trusting and safe environment, where problems can be raised without fear of blame or judgment, and with an emphasis on problem-solving.Ensuring that the teams are compliant with the scrum framework by providing training to team members and other parts of the organization as well as facilitating scrum ceremonies within the sprints.Helping the team to work efficiently by identifying blockers and supporting impediment removal.
