About the job : Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups and ensure deliverables are up to quality standards.
Analyse and translate functional requirements into technical requirements for the development team.
Support in the definition of the roadmap and implementation plan, as well as product-related KPIs.
Solve product issues by focusing on the best user experience while balancing business goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation.
Execute key analysis and reports to make data-driven decisions.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Work with the Product Owner and dev squads to handle backlogs and new requests for the development team.
About you : Experience in a similar role working with digital products, preferably web.
Ability to analyse incidents and their possible implications in the different business areas.
Knowledge about Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro).
Ability to document procedures, manuals, requirements, requests for internal and external use.
Soft skills: communication, autonomy, teamwork, and proactivity.
Used to managing several projects simultaneously.
Fluent in Spanish and good English.
This is a Madrid-based, hybrid role.
You will already have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
