What are we looking for? We are looking for a Data Engineer to be part of a team working closely with one of our global customers.
This position can be performed 100% remote from any location in Spain.
Main responsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements and actively provide inputs from a Data perspective.Understand the underlying data and flow of data.Build simple to complex pipelines & dataflows.Implement modules that have security and authorization frameworks.Recognize and adapt to the changes in processes as the project evolves in size and function. What UST expects from you?Expert level knowledge on Azure Data Factory.Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL DB, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL.Ability to analyze and understand complex data.Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and Azure Services like Analysis Service, SQL Databases, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.Knowledge of master data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence architecture.Experience in data modeling and database design with excellent knowledge of SQL Server best practices.Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both oral/written) with the ability to communicate at various levels with clarity & precision.Clear understanding of DW lifecycle and contribute in preparing Design documents, Unit Test plans, Code review reports.Advanced English level (B2-C1).
