Lionbridge is now recruiting for a Language Quality Services Senior Project Manager (LQS SPM), to join our successful team in Spain. Role can be remote-based in Spain. The LQS SPM is a key customer interfacing role and is fully accountable for the operation and delivery of the assigned project(s). They will manage administrative and operational elements of the project(s) ensuring customer satisfaction whilst meeting contractual, financial and delivery goals. The Localization Project Manager keeps the Program Director and all the program stakeholders up to date as content is finalized, tracks overall localization progress and flags outstanding materials or potential delays.
What You Will DoAccountable/Responsible for all delivery responsibilities (including a P&L) for one or multiple projects.Manage a small team and provide project team oversight and supervision.Provide project management and deliver projects to schedule, meeting customer specifications on a profitable basis.Oversee development of project plans and timelines, project specifications and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan.Close cooperation with clients (preparing reports, drawing up cost-analyses for the clients).Managing project finances (setting project budget, invoicing and forecasting).Monitoring and controlling project status, solving problems, preparation on and maintenance of projects documentation.Resource management and allocation.Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures.Sharing the knowledge on localization processes and procedures with the team.Main point of contact for communication with customers and subcontractors.Leading/supporting production improvements related to projects under supervision.Ensures quality and timely deliverables to clients and tracks project P&L, budgets, and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing and account profitability.To be successful you will haveBetween 4-6 years project management experience.Localization experience is strongly preferred!
