The Opportunity We're seeking a visionary Science & Innovation Director of Biofertilizer to lead the creation of circular products designed to transform agriculture. You'll drive product development and spearhead the groundbreaking biofertilizer manufacturing process. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about innovation, biochemical production, and building high-performing teams. Based in Catalonia, this position involves travel to factory locations, Oslo, and potential international destinations. Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: Leadership Track Record: Proven success in innovation and R&D management in or for the private sector. Bio/Chem Expertise: Deep experience in bio/chemical fertilizer development, agricultural research, or related fields. Advanced Education: Degree in Biochemistry, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or a similar field. Masters & Doctorates are highly valued. Cross-functional Understanding: Solid grasp of biochemical processes, agricultural practices, and market forces. Multilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
