Any previous experience in advanced business modelling, valuation, preparation of information memoranda and due diligence documents will be highly valued.EXPERIENCEAdvisory in a leading investment bank, M&A boutique, leverage finance house or Big 4 accounting firmSolid financial modelling and valuation skills: ability to build detailed financial models, analyze impact of proposed transactions on capital structures, perform sensitivities to key business drivers, ability to carry out business valuations applying different approaches, etc. (These skills may be tested as part of the selection process)Transactional/deal background focused on execution (i.E., participated in the project management / coordination of deals timely and properly)Knowledge of the Latin American infrastructure market (i.E., key players, past transactions, etc.) will be a plus.EDUCATIONRequiredUndergraduate degree from a top-tier business/engineering university as well as a strong academic performance.
