WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As an Infrastructure Debt Advisory VP, you will lead and execute Structured Finance (Infrastructure and Transportation) transactions across Europe and LatAm.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across different sectors in Europe and LatAmFinancial modeling and technical analysisManage conversations with different stakeholders (Sponsors, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies, Lawyers, etc.)Legal documentation negotiation (Term Sheet and long-form documentation)Supervise and mentor team's junior membersMarketing efforts within relevant sectorsEXPERIENCE More than years of relevant experience in top-tier firms in Structured Finance, Financial Advisory (Debt Advisory or M&A), Investment department, Debt fund, or similar.
EDUCATION Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering, or similar. Desirable MBA or MSc in Finance or similar.
