JOB SUMMARY: The Head of Marketing consistently works towards outstanding performance across all professional standards, aiming for successful outcomes and efficient administrative operations to help International School Andalucía become the first choice in our local market ("Schools of Choice").
This role involves working as part of the administrative team, providing a friendly and welcoming service to students, staff, families, and visitors, reflecting the values of our school.
The post holder is expected to prioritize tasks and manage their workload with minimal supervision to ensure marketing strategies, protocols, and procedures maximize student retention, drive enrollment growth, build a credible positive public image, and strengthen the Laude San Pedro School and ISP brands across Spain.
The school's pursuit of excellence begins at our front gates, and this role should actively seek to ensure an outstanding public perception of our operations and provision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate IdentityDrive the development of a brand architecture and establish the framework within which the school should operate, through the creation of a clearly defined corporate identity and brand playbook.Be the guardian of our brand, ensuring it is properly and consistently used across all channels.Support the school in the development and consistent use of its stories and promises.Serve as community manager, guiding and supporting the school in developing stories to share on social media, ensuring our corporate identity is maintained and promotional efforts maximized.Create and execute the Marketing plan for the school.Work hand in hand with the admissions department to create strategies to attract and retain students.Design and create all document templates, marketing collateral, and informative posters.Conduct market research and analysis.Develop, update, and manage the website, including the school's social media sites with regular postings and imagery.Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and relocation agencies as part of student recruitment activities.External and Internal EventsLead participation and planning in all school events for prospective and current families and students.Develop promotional materials and coordinate all communications activities related to such events, press releases, etc.ISP Student Activities & Events PromotionSupport and promote communication to drive active participation of students and families in ISP-wide student activities and events.Create periodical newsletters and bulletins for staff and families, including termly magazines and yearbooks.Attend, document, and photograph important events for school communications that can be used for marketing purposes.OtherReport to the Central Office on all matters of marketing and actively seek support from regional staff for guidance and resources.Provide general administrative support and translations as needed by the school.Provide the Head of School with fortnightly progress updates on marketing.Support the Academic Heads for Student Events.Hold PR events with key stakeholder groups.Provide a marketing veneer to any parent-facing activities.Create a strong relationship with the ISA Ambassadors.Work closely alongside the Head of Admissions.Maintain the school calendar up to date for all stakeholders.Support the Headteacher with the facilities' improvement plan.ISP Leadership Competencies: The post holder will consistently demonstrate and role-model the ISP Leadership Competencies in all that they do.
