School Cashier

JOB DESCRIPTION:Receives payments from students; Issues OfficialReceipt for every payment received; Submits daily cash collection report at the end of each day to the accounting office and to the Head cashier; Deposits daily cash collections to the accounts of CELTECH College; Pays small disbursements not otherwise paid by check; Prepares the petty cash disbursement report; Requests for the replenishment of the petty cash fund accordingly to prevent delays in disbursing petty expenditures; Performs other duties assigned by the Treasurer / Accountant; Issues examination permits to the students.Qualification Requirements:Must be computer literate, knowledgeable in accounting procedures, honest and cheerful.Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accountancy or any Business Course.Must have passed the hiring process of the CLCST Management and is willing to learn the job of a cashier.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsFree parkingOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends#J-18808-Ljbffr
