What do we expect you to do when you are here?Support in CV screening, participation in initial telephone or video interviews to identify candidates' skills and motivations, and accompaniment in interviews with candidates.Accompaniment in group dynamics.Support in the writing and preparation of interview reports and communication with candidates to inform them of their status in the selection process.Participation in recruitment events such as university fairs or open days, representing the company and attracting young talent.Participation in the drafting of job descriptions.Support in other tasks and projects of the team.What profile are we looking for?A student in the final year of a degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology (or similar), or studying a Master's degree in Human Resources.Good level of English (minimum B2).Interest in dealing with people and good communication skills, both verbal and written.A person with a high capacity to adapt to change and good teamwork skills.Agile, analytical and organised person.
