In this role you will provide scheduling duties as per business processes and ensure designated projects are planned and kept up to date, divided over different phases as well as technologies (onshore wind, PV, storage).Job Description: Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain time schedules across all phases, tendering, development, execution and close out; Prepare project schedules for projects in their different phases; Analyse, evaluate and forecast project progress against an established baseline schedule. Assessing and notifying the impacts of any changes and schedule slippages. Preparing recovery schedules and time impact analysis; Support Project Managers in identifying critical activities and optimizations and in the temporal allocation of budget; Ensure all project activities are completed in a timely manner, identify and report the Project Managers any potential delays; Lead regular schedule review meetings with the Project Team and produce weekly and monthly progress reports to the Project Team and to the Head of PM.Desirable requirements4-5 years of experience in a similar position (Scheduler / Planner); Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, business administration or management systems; Extensive knowledgein project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera and/or Planisware; A knowledge of CostControl process would be beneficial; Basic understandingof Construction (Civil / Mechanical & Electrical); Basic understandingof contracts; Proactive approach;Good Communication and Relation skills; English fluent written and spoken.Pay and benefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
