Scandinavian Lead Qualifier & Sales Support Zlr865

Job Role: To qualify the leads that are produced via various marketing activities.
At this point, they will be allocated to a Sales Agent to conduct the viewings and any necessary follow-ups.
There are very realistic opportunities to earn very good commissions (open-ended so there are no ceilings).
Example: Basic salary = €1,200 We will pay the monthly autonomo fee and accountancy fees for the first year.
We will pay €10 per viewing that results from the telemarketing department.
Our expectation is for 10 to 15 viewings per month.
If two sales result from the viewings (one per sales agent), working on a basis of property sales values of €300,000 per property, the monthly on-target earnings would be €2,850.
If the sales values were higher, which has actually been the case for the higher percentage of our sales last year, earnings could be significantly higher.
Salary: €1,200.00 - €3,000.00 per month Requirements: Fluent English, Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language.
