Scandinavian Lead Qualifier & Sales Support - (Kg-645)

Job Role: To qualify the leads that are produced via various marketing activities. At this point, they will be allocated to a Sales Agent to conduct the viewings and any necessary follow-ups. There are very realistic opportunities to earn very good commissions (open-ended, so there are no ceilings).
Example: Basic salary: 1,200€We will pay the monthly autonomo fee and accountancy fees for the first year.We will pay €10 per viewing that results from the telemarketing department. Our expectation is for 10 to 15 viewings per month.If two sales result from the viewings (one per sales agent), working on a basis of property sales values of €300,000 per property, the monthly on-target earnings would be €2,850.If the sales values were higher, which has actually been the case for the higher percentage of our sales last year, earnings could be significantly higher.Salary: 1,200.00€ - 3,000.00€ per month
Requirements: Fluent English, Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language.
