What will you get? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate senior professional to join our global team. She/he will guide a Team of agile squads in the development of Schneider's Protection & Control products and systems. We are looking for a big-picture thinker with strong management, cooperation, and communication skills.
What she/he will do: Guide the Team of Squads focusing on creating high value releases Partner with Product Owners to ensure strategy and execution alignment Animate the different squad Scrum Masters to synchronize and coordinate the work of the Team of Squads Be the key facilitator and primarily responsible for facilitation of Team of Squads rituals & key events Drive continuous improvement by coaching Team of Squads and Squad members in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self-improvement, and drive change management. Manage inter-dependencies between teams, identify risks and opportunities for execution and business success. Identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Team of Squads obstacles Manage budget at Team of Squads level (definition and follow-up) Foster effective working relationship between Product Owners, Agile Squads and stakeholders Required skills: Servant leader posture Agile leadership Ability to convince Agile@scale knowledges (SAFe, NEXUS, LESS certifications are a plus) Why Schneider Electric?
