The CTO2 Allianz Partners Insurance IT is delivering and operating Allianz Partner's E2E target solutions for all insurance-related lines of businesses globally, such as travel insurance, ticketing, banking partners, mobile devices, and digital risk protection (MDDR).
This covers the central ACM B2B2C target platform supporting B2C, B2B, B2B2C channels rolled out in over 14 countries in Europe, as well as eCommerce services globally in more than 60 countries.
The Insurance Line of Business is based in an agile product organization, composed of 4 Tribes covering the entire insurance value chain with international cross-functional agile squads.
As a Scaled Agile Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Product Areas or Agile Tribes stay on course by facilitating key ceremonies and processes.
You will be a trusted servant leader with deep program execution expertise, fostering collaboration across teams and driving continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
Ultimately, you'll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible, cross-functional, and fully productive during sprints.
You will work on scaled Agile transformations of Allianz Technology, the IT Provider of the Allianz Group.

You WillFacilitation and Coaching: Facilitate Big Room Planning and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes.
Summarize and publish Objectives (OKRs) and QBR results for transparency.
Support and coach Agile Tribe Leads and Tribe Technical Leads in alignment and planning.
Mentor and coach Agile Tribes on Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration between Agile Tribes, Agile Squads, and stakeholders.
Act as a large group facilitator, negotiator, communicator, teacher, and mentor.
Encourage the development of Agile Tribes across Squads and foster communities of practice.Risk and Dependency Management: Help identify and manage risks and dependencies.
Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
Track and escalate impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
