Technical Program Director - Assisted Channels

We are building a customer-focused and technology-driven platform for the Assisted Channels.
Our mission is to create a new enhanced way of working in Branches and Contact Centers, and we are on the lookout for professionals that will make a difference in the current Phygital world!
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate programs focused on assisted channels transformation, to address the bank's requirements and customers' needs.
Monitor all project activities and timelines, reporting progress and identifying potential delays.
Collaborate with all stakeholders within the infrastructure, operations, and end-user technology teams and the bank domains to manage expectations and ensure smooth delivery.
Create and maintain all required project documentation.
Maintain a constant assessment of project risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies and ensuring the tracking and managing of RAID logs.
Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards by following quality control processes.
Work closely with the Software Director of the program fostering collaboration with the team involved and ensuring successful project delivery.
Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the program's tech budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are desirable.
Proven experience in program technology leadership for the banking sector related to assisted channels (call center, branch, retail, etc.).
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Previous experience working under agile methodology.
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
