You will contribute to empowering the life of our patients worldwide by extracting meaning from data and providing tangible and actionable outcomes using the latest available techniques and technologies (AI/ML/GenAI).
Main responsibilities: Lead SC Advanced Analytics strategy to provide GSC, SC GBUs, and Markets advanced analytics capabilities.Manage external budget (>1M) and a team of 7-9 Project Managers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts.Prioritize development and direct implementation of advanced analytics applications.Orchestrate the plan and execution, making decisions on trade-offs in project delivery.Prepare Governance and ensure seamless integration of advanced analytics solutions within SC processes.Define and run support model of applications through life cycle management.Act as a focal point to disseminate information and share progress of ongoing projects.Define and execute upskilling programs for the SC organization.Animate the community of practice for analytics.Liaise with SC teams to agree on overall strategy and priorities.Promote continuous mining of data warehouses to identify trends and patterns.Research cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning to enhance data analysis efficiency.Gather business needs in terms of data visualization, self-service analytics, and automation.Manage and execute roadmap and priorities based on business value.Identify opportunities for business-led delivery and coach employees on technology use.Think of user experience first, driving adoption.Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Track project resources in terms of availability and expertise.Deliver projects with Agile methodology.Lead and mentor the team of Project Managers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts.Support the development of supply chain strategies by providing data-driven insights.Lead design and integration of advanced analytics tools.Provide expertise in business processes design.Drive best practices in analytics to deliver robust solutions.Partner with Digital to deliver reliable solutions.Ensure data management complies with quality and regulatory requirements.Lead innovation.About you Experience:10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain.Strong background in Supply Chain Management, AI, Digital, Data & Analytics.Significant Project Management experience.Proven experience in a data-centric business environment.Experience in a complex global organization.Soft skills:Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and innovation.Technical skills:Advanced software development skills in at least two data science languages.Experience in cloud high-performance environments.Advanced in AI/ML development.Expertise in advanced statistical modeling.Advanced skills in data visualization tools.Languages: Fluent in English.Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Why choose us?
