Job Posting Title: Facilities Manager
Summary: To coordinate and maintain the Facility, security, and Health & Safety to a high standard. To ensure efficient and effective maintenance to the building, grounds, fixtures, and fittings. Timely delivery of both facility and Health & Safety specifics.
What You'll Do:
Ensure all Health and Safety tasks are actioned and enforced within good time. Manage internal and external visitors via envoy system. Manage incoming calls as required. Manage all aspects of the buildings security including CCTV and door control. Manage building maintenance, renovations, and repairs. Co-ordinate all repair and maintenance of the building and outside space. Comply with all Legal and Health & Safety obligations. Manage all services contracts including Waste, forklifts, and roller doors. Ensure Health & Safety issues are dealt with and are aligned with the Global Company Strategy. Keep record of weekly fire alarm tests and report any faults. Keep daily record of employees/customers/visitors onsite for fire register. Manage procedure for fire drills & fire warden training. Co-ordinate and administer renovations and new office installations. Act as an ambassador for energy efficiency. Liaise with relevant landlords, authorities, councils, customers, and suppliers when necessary. Recommend and manage physical security audits on a periodic basis. Monitor upkeep of kitchens, boardroom, cupboards & storerooms ensuring they are kept tidy at all times. Carry out any other reasonable duties that may occur on an ad hoc basis and/or requested by management. Out of hours support might be required from time to time, including alarm response. What We're Looking For:
Knowledge/experience in office management. Knowledge/experience in Health & Safety laws and regulations. English and Spanish language proficiency. Knowledge/experience in Facilities and Reception duties. Ability to multi-task, overseeing multiple projects and events at the same time. Experience in facility and property security assessments and risk mitigation procedures and methods.
