Global Service Supply Chain > One Tool Unit > Tools Region EMEA In Global Tools, we are responsible for the usage, delivery, and support of tools for our turbines around the world. You will be part of a sub-department that gives technical support to the sites and projects located in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) as well as Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
You will be part of a large team consisting of many different profiles ranging from procurement to warehouse, production, Field Support and repair shop, to logistics as well as technical engineering. The team is international, with locations in Videbæk (Denmark), Husum, Mutzschen (Germany), Zaragoza (Spain), and Seaham (England).
Responsibilities Create and follow up on IT tickets related to incidents and system changes.Create SAP instructions and training material.Perform end-user support on existing processes and workflows.Ensure you work and act according to Vestas safety rules & guidelines.As a project member: Define, scope, test, and implement optimization projects within Vestas Tools area.Create process flow charts.Qualifications 3 years of working experience within a logistic/warehouse role.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) at super user level.Knowledge of warehouse management systems at super user level.Knowledge according to Lean principles.Fluent English is required, and the ability to speak Danish.Interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and an inclusive attitude.Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs.Enjoy enabling and supporting your colleagues, making their work lives easier.Comfortable seeking out new tasks and projects yourself and improving current ways of working for optimization.Good ability to organize your own day-to-day work and follow up with necessary stakeholders.What we offer We offer an exciting position with great development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's number one wind turbine producer.
