Responsibilities The SFSF Lead Time-off - Time tracking expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of Time-off - Time tracking related client workshops. In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed. An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required.
The right candidate will provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design. A Lead will also be expected to provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.
Requirements Extensive expertise in Time-off - Time tracking.
+3 years of experience
Time-off - Time tracking deep knowledge.
Strong Functional knowledge of Employee Central and Business Rules.
Involved in a minimum of 3 End to End Time-off - Time tracking implementations
Certification in Employee Central and/or Time tracking
Nice to have Experience of implementing ECP functionality, replication, mashups
