What do you have to offer?
Experience in SF EC module 4+ years.
At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC.
SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
Good understanding of HR process.
High level of English language (at least B2-C1) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
Which task can you expect?
As a SuccessFactors Consultant you will have the responsibility of working on from medium size projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending of your skills.
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central.
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Design and configure SuccessFactors system based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions for client's key users.
Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
