SAP Successfactors HRIS Lead, Madrid, Spain

A global company is transforming their HR Solutions and processes and rolling out a new HRIS / HCM solution (SAP Successfactors).

They're looking for an experienced Senior Successfactors Consultant or HRIS Lead with strong Successfactors implementation experience and hands-on systems skills to implement the solution end-to-end, taking ownership of the project and HRIS solution.

Within the scope of a digital transformation programme and HR System rollout, the right candidate will own, lead and drive the implementation and deployment of the HRIS system. You will be involved in requirements gathering, solution design and configuration with the SI Partner, and will lead the rollout of the system and associated business process change for international end users.

Key responsibilities:

Implementation of the SAP Successfactors HR solution to international business entities

Project Management of the implementation end-to-end

Get hands-on as needed including Business Analysis to map As-Is & To-Be Processes, Solution Architecture and System configuration, Testing and manage post-live support

Lead process improvements and system enhancements post-live

Change Management and end user support and training

Your experience:

SAP Successfactors HRIS Implementation Consultant with experience leading implementations end-to-end, ideally in a large international company

Hands-on SAP Successfactors configuration, set-up and deployment expertise

Knowledge of key modules including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning

Knowledge of end-to-end HR Business Processes (Hire2Retire)

Change Management
