Tasks:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific needs.Provide guidance and support during system integration, data migration, and testing phases.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users.Monitor and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring smooth system performance.Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors advancements and provide recommendations for system enhancements. Requirements:
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with hands-on implementation expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules (inlcuding EC).Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (preferred).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
