Having at least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or in Time Management, or another module would be considered positively. As a SuccessFactors Consultant you will have the responsibility of working on from medium size projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients. In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending of your skills. Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and Employee Central Time Management. Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. Design and configure SuccessFactors system based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations. Facilitate workshops, training sessions for client's key users. Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
