- Minimum 1-2 years experience in supporting or implementing SuccessFactors in the areas of Employee Central and/or Time Management.
- Another module would be considered positively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- High level of English language (B2 or above).
- You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.

- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client's key users.
- Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
