What do you have to offer?
Minimum 1-2 years experience in supporting or implementing SuccessFactors in the areas of Employee Central and/or Time Management.
Another module would be considered positively.
Good communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification.
Good understanding of HR process.
High level of English language (B2 or above).
You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
Which tasks can you expect?
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management.
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client's key users.
Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
