Our client, a Top tier aeronautical Company is looking for a person to fill a vacancy in their IT team in the Systems and Processes Department . The candidate will lead and coordinate the development of the Success Factor modules implemented in the Company and will be the reference person for all the projects carried out on the Success Factors platform. What is the vacancy? Participating in the company's IT solutions regarding SAP Success Factor Defining the evolution strategy of the Success Factors solution and the configuration of the system in the different proposed projects Preparing or collaborating in the project plans of the different initiatives that are identified to be developed Coordinating teams in case of collaborating with external partners on certain tasks You will work alongside a team of 3 people who has a lot of experience in HCM implementation in the company and who was also involved in SFSF implementation. Requirements Bachelor o Master Degree 5 years experience managing international SuccessFactors Projects (At least one implementation in SFSF Employee Central) Valuable experience in other Success Factor modules: - Onboarding - Learning - Compensation Required knowledge: - SAP HCM Advanced english Soft skills: Teamwork, Initiative , Motivation and problem solving and project management This project is of interest to you if: You like to be in contact with the latest SAP technology related to Success Factors.
