Currently, we are in search of a Solutions Architect for PTP (Procure to Pay) for one of our partners, Duracell, who is currently expanding in Spain with a presence in the United States, China, and Europe. This person will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and compliant management of fixed assets across the organization, from their initial acquisition through to their retirement and reporting according to specific accounting standards. The Role: Supports Business Unit(s) requirements ; work closely with all business groups and application developers to facilitate the development, design and support business-critical applications in the installed SAP Applications, OpenText VIM, Fiori installed for PTP (PTP – Procure to Pay) and related interfaces in the SAP Materials Management (MM) area. To design solutions and assists resolving issues in a development and production support environmen t; conduct, coordinate and be accountable for technical testing, Application Documentation and System testing; work closely with local and international technical and business groups. Evaluation of the computer system architecture with an emphasis on the design. Create and maintain or enhance procedures, processes, and designs for the Procure to Pay area. Prior recent experience with SAP MM Procure to Pay. Experience with configuration of SAP Materials Management system functionality including Purchase requirements, Product Catalog, Vendor Master selection, Material Master, Inventory Experience in Management, MRP, Foreign Trade/Customs, Verifications, Physical Inventory, Valuation . Logistics Invoice Verification, Delegation of Authority approvals, etc. in an international trade environment. Solid experience in Systems analysis and design. Able to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, being able to write specs. Skills in testing and evaluation of new Procure to Pay functionality. Production support of existing Procure to Pay system functionality. Interaction with users from various functional areas (Finance, planning, A/P, logistics, etc.) Interaction with technical resources to define technical requirements.
