Our client is hiring key contributors to onboard Digital transformation journey and to transform its world wild SAP footprint. In this landscape, SAP Athena is considered as the most critical asset to operate the industrial network (50 sites) and to support the industrial performance for the next decade. It includes a large ecosystem which embraces multiple Sanofi businesses and functions (industrial, quality, supply chain finance, sales). As a member of the Manufacturing Operations & Planning Service Line, our future functional integrator will be joining a great ERP team, involving senior and junior experts and covering all business domains. He/she will ensure the consistency of the ERP functional architecture,
including the satellite systems and tools, data flows, interfaces, user experience, and analytics technologies, promoting the best Digital and SAP standards and practices. He will partner with business and ITS teams to deliver a successful integration across the functional domains (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, finance, sales, master data governance), to guarantee sustainable, cost-effective, and efficient end-to-end processes within the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a global and cross-functional understanding of the enterprise business processes and rules, across GBUs (Vaccines, Specialty Care, General Medicine, Customer Healthcare) and global functions (Finance, Trade & Sales, Supply Chain, Industrial Manufacturing, Quality). Develop an overall knowledge of the Athena landscape and its partner systems. Lead the design of cross-functional processes or advanced functionalities, and contribute actively to define end-to-end solutions, in collaboration with Sanofi Digital architects, functional experts, external solution integrators, business stakeholders, and other ITS partners.
He/she will contribute to the design and the development of complex features involving multiple domains (e.g., toll in, toll out, inter-company or inter-plant transfers), data flows, and/or technologies. Considering his/her seniority, he/she will participate in the core model design authority governance and contribute to assess and to periscope new functional topics or challenges. He/she can also endorse the responsibility to manage recurring or specific functional topics, relevant from an integration perspective. Guarantee that the overall design is scalable and deployable across the sites and the markets of the company, by configuration and master data localization, to preserve a standard core model approach as much as possible. Ensure that the functional architecture is consistent, compliant with Digital and industrial standards, and the Sanofi regulatory constraints (GxP, Sox, EHS). He/she will also ensure that the different functional streams are fulfilling the program transversal rules and standards, such as ECC6 design, analytics, authorizations, user experience, process controls, etc. Ensure Solution documentation & capitalization of knowledge, contribute within teams to Knowledge transfer and Upskilling as required; provide inputs & proposals for documentation templates & deliverable formats evolutions. Guarantee that the functional architecture is maintainable, robust, properly documented, understood and supported, and can be operated in a cost-effective and performant manner.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduated from Engineering school or Business school or Master's degree or equivalent.
Experience & Knowledge:
- 8+ years' work experience in large and complex SAP projects/programs, including 3 to 4+ years as solution integrator and/or SAP architecture designer
- Functional experience in several business domains (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance), experience in Life Science industries being a plus
- Significant Project Management background, involving Agile and Digital methodology
- Experience with project management and collaborative tools (e.g., MS Team, Signavio, HP ALM, Jira)
- Experience with SAP architecture and integration technologies (ECC6, Fiori, BW, SAP Cloud/Leonardo, integration tools such as Tibco, Informatica)
- Experience in communication, problem-solving, ability to define and to defend a Core Model strategy

- Deep SAP architecture and functional knowledge
