We are a High-Performance sales organization, that is thriving from working with our customers solving complex business challenges and positioning SAP solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales & Solutioning organizations.You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients, mainly across IBERIA, on behalf of multiple business initiatives. You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on SAP Solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.We expect you to have 7-15 years of sales and/or sales support experience in SAP solutions.Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering SAP services.Experience in consultative selling services with "use cases" to address specific industry challenges, with hands-on experience in one or more relevant functional areas (e.G. Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, etc.)Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.Excellent networking skills and an inclusive attitude to create and maintain and leverage formal and informal communication networks.Strong influencing and communication skills at a CxO level.Willingness to travel nationally/internationally.Tasks:Leading the planning and execution of sales activities related to prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing of opportunities with existing customers or new logo.Leads the creation and execution of pipeline expansion to ensure account growth objectives are met.Customer relationship management up to CxO level across IBERIA & EMEA
