Job Profile Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques. Serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for designated solution or product segment. Primarily responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients.

Area 1: Deal Support - The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist is instrumental in sculpting and delivering unparalleled sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored especially for discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives. Their refined approach will be evident in the subtle yet effective personalization of materials, ensuring each presentation resonates with its audience. They will collaborate with VAT teams to understand our customers' perspectives and intertwine their challenges with our solutions. They will curate a sophisticated asset library and lead discovery sessions with potential clients, enhancing RFx completions and overseeing transitions post-sale. Area 2: Demand Generation - A Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will lead webinars, align with Marketing and DG priorities, and advise in APM - TPM, positioning themselves as an oracle in SAP's solutions/LoB portfolio. Area 3: Digital Content for Customer Facing Situations - Their mastery over SAP offerings allows them to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, ensuring alignment with advanced solution insights and market trends. Area 4: Sales Enablement - They will lead training sessions, imparting nuanced understanding and actionable insights to ensure the sales team can translate product functionalities into tangible benefits for clients. Experience and Language Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise. A solid foundation of >5 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role is essential. The candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations and building collaborative bridges between sales, technical, and digital teams. Experience in driving digital transformation in presales and advocating for the adoption of innovative digital tools is imperative. Native in Nordic Languages, next to conversational fluency in English.
