The Architecture responsibilities of the Architect will include the following:
Collect, analyze, evaluate, and summarize Functional and Technical requirements for the solution components, break high-level requirements into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs, transforming them to the Architecture Decision Records. Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research and design for the major custom standalone or embedded solutions within SAP ecosystem. In early project phases and along the execution, collaborate with various SAP implementation teams and SAP roll-out and business value projects, including business-enablement, functional and technical. Collaborate with other architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process and applications integration and consistency of SAP components with other software/solutions, ensuring coverage of business, digital, statutory, and legal requirements. Work with validated solutions complying to regulatory requirements (GxP, Sarbanes Oxley SOX). Integrate processes and data in application-to-application (A2A) and business-to-business (B2B) scenarios. Integrate various applications and data sources from SAP and non-SAP, on-premise, and cloud. Interface and collaborate with the Digital and Business SAP ERP Teams, i.e., Project managers, Finance, Supply chain, UAM, MDM, Basis, Infrastructure internally and consulting firms & SAP software vendors externally. About You: Knowledgeable (10 years +) in SAP Architecture (Hosting, Application processes, Basis, Integration, Product catalog). Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S4 / HANA technical architecture including components like the SAP Fiori user interface, SAP HANA database, integration with other systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration and open connectors to build and deploy scalable and resilient applications. Prior experience working with SAP modules such as SAP PP-PI (Supply Chain), SCI Supply Chain Integration, MM Material Master, WM Warehouse Management, SAP CO (Controlling), SAP PP-PI, QM (Manufacturing & Quality Assurance), F2P Forecast to Planning, P2M Plant to Manufacture, P2R Purchase to Receive, I2O Inbound to Outbound, O2C Order to Cash, O2S Order to Serve, P2MF / P2MQ Plan to Manufacture, P2D Project to Decommission, Finance, Quality and Master Data Management. Knowledgeable in application parameters related to operations and performance. Knowledge of integrating SAP S / 4HANA with other SAP and non-SAP systems and familiarity with APIs, middleware and migration tools. Understanding of securing SAP S / 4HANA landscapes and performance optimization. Experience and working knowledge in complex SAP lifecycle projects, championing harmonization through architecture frameworks and tracking impacts through quantifiable metrics.
