ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded SAP S4 HANA RISE Technical Presales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in engaging with prospective clients to demonstrate the technical capabilities and benefits of SAP S4 HANA RISE solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, craft tailored demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition of SAP S4 HANA RISE in addressing their business challenges. This position reports to the Head of Presales and plays a pivotal role in developing a migration strategy and roadmap tailored to organizational needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a RISE Technical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer during the sales cycle.
Develop a transformation roadmap for SAP solutions in SAP S4 HANA RISE
Act as trusted advisor to the customer on all technological aspects of SAP RISE conversions and upgrades.
Comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and migration path
Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtualization technologies (e.g., load-balancer, virtual machine etc.)

Qualifications and Required Skills:
5+ years of professional experience in the field of SAP Basis/HANA technology as well as in-depth knowledge of basic SAP technologies
Technical migration, S/4HANA system conversion and upgrade planning & execution experience
Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS or GCP) experience and ideally certifications with one hyperscaler
Expertise in any of the downtime minimization tools and technologies is a plus
Willingness to travel to the customer for migration project related discussions to run technical workshops
Experience in working with offshore/nearshore delivery CoEs is a plus
Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
Strong customer and quality focus
Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaborative and problem resolution skills with good leadership, diplomacy, decision making and analytical skills
Be a "roll up your sleeves" contributor and able to quickly adapt concepts and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annual targeted compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 (USD). This range is inclusive of annual base salary and variable incentive compensation, and may vary based on qualifications & experience.
