We are seeking a results-driven SAP Senior Manager with experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation to be part of our SAP business and system integration practice, focusing on Communication, Media & Technology industries (CMT).
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SAP Finance Transformation, complemented by exceptional soft skills and a good understanding of CMT industry business models.
Key Responsibilities:Shape and sell SAP Finance transformation programs to clients, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.Translate client needs into effective Finance solutions, providing expert guidance and recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Finance solutions (S/4 HANA Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, etc.
), ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Ideate and shape new, innovative, and highly customized approaches to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges.Build strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and communicate complex concepts convincingly.Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to senior client personnel, showcasing the value and benefits of SAP Finance solutions.Lead commercial activities, including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns for High-Tech industries.Understand clients' operations and align SAP solutions with their strategic objectives.Lead and mentor SAP professionals, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects, proactively addressing potential issues.Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries.Develop thought leadership content and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.Necessary Knowledge / Skills:SAP-accredited or certified experience.Demonstrable extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP finance consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful S/4 HANA transformations.Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA finance capabilities, including SAC planning and Group Reporting modules.Current knowledge of finance processes for Communication, Media, and Technology businesses.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Consulting mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., S/4 HANA Finance) would be a plus.Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French would be an asset.Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society.
