- Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for several clients related to the maintenance of the SAP HCM systems.
- Update the SAP HCM Time Management system: create work schedule rules, update rules related to clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error message, etc.
- Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).
- Preparation and realization of workshops with the client to define the solution to be implemented.
- Analysis of the system to improve the execution time and to reduce the anomalies of each payroll.
- Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.What we ask for:
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Experience in Time management tools (SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, Kronos, etc.).
