Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to assist in leading implementation and roll-outs of SAP solutions across various European countries. The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure the effective management of SAP projects, using a combination of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and advanced project management tools.
This is a 6 month contract position, with the likelihood of renewal. Candidates must have citizenship/permanent residency in Spain to be considered for this role. Working hours are GMT or GMT+1.
Job Requirements: Act as the Project Manager, coordinating with both the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically Source to Settle, Procure to Pay, and Account to Record, across multiple European locations.
Evolve the Financial Supply Chain.
Effectively apply approved methodologies and use supporting project management tools to streamline the process.
Capture key points, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items, and maintain task lists by owner and due dates, ensuring updates are accurately logged in relevant tools.
Follow up regularly to ensure the timely and consistent completion of project milestones.
Provide regular, detailed updates on project status, highlighting overall progress, delays and the preparation required for upcoming phases.
Assess risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, particularly within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices space.
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) and SAP certifications.
M&A; Experience Highly preferred.
Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Expertise in using various project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) to track and manage project progress.
Strong experience in change management, communication strategies, and risk assessment methodologies.
