We are looking for an expert to work as SAP Program Director What will you do?
Successfully implement enterprise level integrated SAP S/4 solutions in a complex client environment Be recognised as a mentor for project consultants through their project roles and program-based development process Find innovative ways of managing project financials whilst ensuring client satisfaction Leverage project management knowledge across the company as formally recognized by HCLTech's leadership Plan, lead, manage and deliver multiple $10M assignments with associated project margins Managed risks, issues, dependencies and scope control with c-level clients on complex or large projects Successfully manage challenging HR processes, i.e.
staffing, assignments, performance management Successfully negotiate major project issues Identify and grow opportunities and programmes Which skills are required?
Proven experience as SAP program director In-depth knowledge of SAP's functional and technical solutions, such as S/4, SuccessFactors, RISE, Cloud Migrations, Public Cloud and BTP Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools and methods, including Activate Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting A business acumen with a strategic ability Excellent organisational and leadership skills If you are fluent in Spanish, based in Spain, and meet the qualifications for this position, we encourage you to apply.
