Your role: Lead the implementation of SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. Provide expert guidance on payroll process design, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and IT to integrate payroll solutions with existing systems. Configure SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP modules to accommodate the customers payroll requirements. Customize payroll schemas, rules, and workflows to align with client-specific needs. Develop and maintain payroll interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems. Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
